Water…Drink more! There are many reasons why water is so good for you but that’s for blogs to come. Today’s tip is just to drink more water. Try drinking a glass/bottle before you reach for ANYTHING else to eat or drink. It’s not so hard. I’m not asking you to drink water in place of anything, just in addition to what you are having. Just try it….it won’t hurt and you’ll feel better having done something good for yourself. Encourage your family to do the same. It’s one small step in the right direction.
